Complimentary shuttle is available from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Rosen Centre through Mears Transportation. This service is being provided by the Rosen Centre. Information to download a voucher coupon for this purpose will be provided to registered participants, after the cancellation deadline. Complimentary shuttle will only be provided to those who present the voucher coupon.

Orlando Internation Airport (McCarran-Orlando)

Instructions:

• Upon your arrival at Orlando Internation Airport (MCO), proceed to one of the Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counters and present voucher coupon to receive your ticket. Only hard copies of the voucher will be accepted; electronic versions are not valid.
  
• After redeeming your voucher, please present your ticket to the Mears Customer Service Representative located on LEVEL1 at the curb next to the crosswalk.
  
• For questions/return reservations, please call our toll free number at 1-800-759-5219 or locally at 407-423-5566.
  
• To schedule your return transfer to the Orlando Internation Airport, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.
  
• Plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
