Paper Submission

Paper Submission is now in its final phase. Over 125 papers have undergone peer review. Acceptance notifications were issued to authors December 23, 2015. If you did not receive your notification, please contact us, providing paper title and/or number, and we will resend (earthspaceconf@mst.edu).

Authors should now be preparing their Final Manuscript to be uploaded as soon as possible, but no later than February 10, 2016. Please note that the symposium chairs and proceedings editors will be conducting a 2nd overview of the final submission to ensure papers have addressed recommendations and confirm it follows all the required formatting guidelines (Paper Template).

Final Steps Required:

Log into https://edas.info
Click on paper number or title to be directed to the details page.

1. Identify Presenter within EDAS (click on the ADD icon next to "Presenters(s)")
   Insert full name as it should appear in conference program, including appropriate capitalization and punctuation (do not include titles - Example: Joseph A. Miner).
2. Upload Copyright form (click on the ADD icon next to Copyright form)
   ASCE Authorship originality and Copyright Transfer Agreement is required. This document should be completed and signed appropriately.... Two places on page 1 and one place on page 2.
   Scan the signed form into a .pdf document for upload.
3. Upload Final Manuscript (click on the UPLOAD icon next to Final manuscript)
   Only document uploaded as Final Manuscript will be submitted to ASCE for publication in online proceedings.

Papers must be presented during the conference. Papers that are not presented will be removed from the online conference proceedings.

Presenting authors must register to attend the conference by February 10, 2016. Authors requiring foreign travel should begin application for travel Visa immediately.

Author Registration (EDAS System)

Submission of abstracts/papers are conducted online utilizing EDAS Conference Services.  All authors should have an account with EDAS so that your paper is associated to you and you will receive decision notifications. Use an email address that is frequently monitored - All notifications, alerts and updates regarding your paper will be sent to this address.
